David Coward Talk 04/09/13
As Films4Life, we want to help and inspire anyone and everyone interested in the media buisness, on Wednesday 4th September we are inviting 10 to 15 of you to come to a mentoring session with David Coward.
If you wish to come, then all we ask is for your details and a paragraph about why you are interested in this area and why you wish to come!
David Coward’s into directing because he enjoys storytelling and communicating. He loves the creative challenges every new story brings. He believes in Films 4 Life because he wants people in the TV and Film industry to represent all the society they serve, not just an elite part of it.
David was born and bred in Eltham, South London and has been a TV Producer/Director for 10 years.
He’s been part of hit TV shows like Time Team and Watercolour Challenge and has worked with actors on location in Costa Rica.
He’s made history documentaries from the Queen of Sheba to WW2, one-off current affairs documentaries in Iraq and Afghanistan, and observational and structured reality documentaries all over the world.
He runs large crews or gets in alone to self shoot.
He’s written shows for the BBC Religion and Ethics Department and is currently producing and writing National Geographic’s first-ever comedy series.
